Abstract

Recently, the Down Cloth is becoming more popular which is in order to overcome the very low temperature during the extreme cold weather around the world. Although, by using the feather down to be the filling material into the cloth is a good method to keep warm of human body but expensive and rare because of the insufficient supplies of the bird feather as well. To find a synthetic PET fiber to be the Substitute is a better idea to solve this problem because that the mem-made PET fiber is easy to make, cheaper price, more light, lower moisture, hard to tangle etc.

近年來因應極端氣候及保暖服飾之市場需求，羽絨紡織品市場大受歡迎，其產品的內填充物禽鳥羽絨，是迄今保暖性最好的天然材料，但因為原料稀少價格昂貴，容易受到供應不足及品質差異造成價格大幅波動，替代方案是聚酯纖維人造羽絨，其應用於羽絨紡織產品，可有效解決原料供應問題，不僅取得不虞匱乏，價格便宜，輕薄柔軟且具有防濕、絕熱、遇水不糾結、等多項特色，可取代高價稀少之天然禽鳥羽毛，成為保暖性紡織品大量採用之替代性填充物。
