編輯政策 Editorial Policy

所有來稿先經主編初審是否符合本刊範疇與格式，再送審查委員審查。審查結果分為：接受、修改後再審、拒絕。是否刊登由主編依審查意見決定並通知作者。

All submissions are first screened by the Editor in Chief for scope and format, then sent to reviewers. Decisions are Accept, Revise, or Reject; the final decision is made by the Editor in Chief.
