Abstract
For polyamide fiber dyeing majority consider only part of the controllable factors (heating curve & dye categories). Therefore, we ignore the pH value of the impact that polyamide fiber dyeing. Also not reasonable to calculate and effectively controlled in the dye process, the variables dyeing which only can take dye categories or the temperature dependence of dyes as a principle of dye formulations operation. In the study will discuss the characteristics and effects by experiment different pH value. The results show that to achieve the goal of polyamide fiber textile dyeing effect must be stabilized pH value. According to the tests, the highest degree of dyeing at pH value 4.0 is 96.0%, and the highest degree of dyeing at pH value 5.0 is 53.7%. Between the dyes, the degree of dyeing is poor and the compatibility of dyes is also poor. At pH value 4.5, the degree of dyeing is 96.0%.It is the highest value, and the compatibility of dyes is consistent. In the dyeing process of polyamide, dyeing effect will be affected by pH value. The ion bond strength of dye is controlled by pH value so we can control the pH value to make higher degree of dyeing.
